1. Return Policy

At Natural Magic Healing, we take pride in providing carefully crafted oils and salves made from natural ingredients. To maintain the quality, safety, and hygiene of our products, please note the following return policy:

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the personal and consumable nature of oils and salves, we cannot accept returns once products have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Return Eligibility: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will either replace the item or issue store credit.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds are issued as store credit or, where possible, via the original payment method.

We recommend conducting a patch test before full use. Magia Naturalis Ltd is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on location within Kenya. We work with trusted courier services but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfers, and other listed payment options at checkout.
